Ever change your mind? No problem! Return you friend within 30 days for a full refund.
How long will my friend take?
Once toys are ordered, they step out of their robes and finish up in the spa. Toys can take up to around 7 days to dispatch as busy hands and paws work as fast as they can, although they often leave HQ much sooner! A shipping estimate will be provided based on shipping option chosen at checkout.
What condition will my toy be in?
As a home for pre-loved toys, all of our furriends have had previous lives and although they're often 'good as new', sometimes their adventurous past shows! We know that just makes them even more pawfect, but to help give you a heads up, we've left a 'condition' tag in the product description above.
How will my toy come packaged?
Your new floof will arrive snuggled in either one of our exclusive Loved Before drawstring bags, or a gift box (see photos above for which) accompanied by their story card and an adoption guide with top tips for settling them in.

Our Sustainable Soft Toy Mission
Our mission is to make a difference by rehoming sustainable toys that are not only adorable but also better for our planet. We believe through the medium of soft toys we can teach sustainable consumerism and the importance of "buying green" to future generations.
When you purchase a sustainable toy from Loved Before it comes with fully recyclable / fully biodegradable packaging. All sustainably sourced within the UK to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible. So not only are the soft toys you buy fully sustainable toys due to their pre-loved nature we also think about all the little details too!
