Loved Before Returns & Refunds Policy

At Loved Before, we want you to be completely happy with your new-to-you cuddly companion. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refund process within 30 days of receipt.

Returns Eligibility

  • You may return any soft toy purchased from Loved Before within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including any tags, packaging, or accessories that came with them.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been altered, damaged after delivery, or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

How to Initiate a Return​

​

  1. Contact Us – Before returning your item, please email us at management@lovedbefore.london with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Prepare Your Return – Securely package your item to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging where possible.

  3. Ship Your Return – Send your return to the following address: 202 Heath Road, LU7 3AT, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Processing Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your item was damaged in transit or there was an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
